An energetic punk-enthused four-piece, Not Fit For Humans formed over a mutual love of the horror-punk band the Misfits in 2010. Taking their name from the John Betjeman poem ‘Slough’, (written about their hometown in the wastelands of Berkshire), NFFH have been performing in the local area whilst recording their soon to be released demo.

Whilst siblings “Anton 13”, “Scudders” and “Stash (The Pistachio Kid)” played together in various musical configurations, it wasn’t until “Gareth Only” joined in 2010 that Not Fit For Humans was spawned. Taking to the stage for the first time in July of the same year, at the locally based Mearfest, NFFH demonstrated their enthusiasm for loud and raucous music and were requested to lower their volume levels accordingly. Since then the Humans’ subsequent gigs have seen them maintain their characteristically loud reputation and make the, now routine, volume adjustment.
